Data has its life

We live in an information era, so the data bank of a company is of vital importance to its foundation and development. This holds in particular true of our education business. Every day we impart information. As a result, I'm annoyed and even irritated by the staff who have inadvertent malpractices with the company's data. When I find in the computers that the staff haven't placed the data in a well-ordered manner, it seems as though I lost a huge fortune.

It's no exaggeration to say the above! Do my staff understand that if we rebuild the data bank, it can take a very long time to accomplish with costly manual effort? If my staff still fail to acknowledge the problem, they had better think about in this way: the current data bank is a history of the past twenty-year development of our company. No company can move forward to success in the absence of its history!

My dear staff! Data has its life! Don't put a death sentence to it by making it in total chaos. Please cherish and husband our company's data bank as you do for your love. Best wish!
